Membership

Membership costs just £6 a year, or £9 for two members at the same address. You are welcome to try us out by coming on up to three walks before deciding if you wish to join. The club year starts on 1 April, but members joining between January and March will get up to three months extra on their first year’s subscription. All paid up members receive a copy of our six monthly syllabus and newsletter and are eligible to book our club weekends, coach trips and any other events.

All cheques must be made payable to “Leeds CHA Rambling and Social Club” (the full title is required for the bank to process them). Subscriptions can also be paid by bank transfer - please contact the Treasurer (Lynn Dacre) on 07896 475458 for more details.

IMPORTANT - PAYMENTS BY CHEQUE

Our bank, like many others, now charges a fee for all cheques we pay into the club’s account, so we are asking members to make all payments to the club by Bank Transfer if they can. This includes your annual subscription, coach bookings, club weekends or any other events where prepayment is required.

We know some members may be unable to pay by Bank Transfer so please contact the Treasurer, Lynn Dacre, on 07896 475458 if you need further advice.

CASH PAYMENTS are also acceptable. It is not recommended to send cash by post but convenient when you can pay the collector in person (for example when we are taking bookings on coach trips for subscriptions or future events).
